ElasTek Type IRHD-N (S2) Test Block Kit (71430-IRHD-N)
IRHD-N (S2) is a companion scale to IRHD-L, sharing the same six-block set of nominal values — 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 — but using a different indenter geometry suited to a different specimen or hardness range than the L/S1 configuration.
Blocks are color coded, packaged in a latching case, and available individually. ISO-17025 calibration is included, with annual recalibration recommended through CCSi.
If you’re unsure whether your durometer calls for the L (S1) or N (S2) indenter configuration, check your instrument’s documentation before ordering — the two aren’t interchangeable despite the shared nominal values. See the IRHD-L (S1) kit for the other configuration.
