CAM036H — Wide Radius-Tip Brass Scraper
The CAM036H scales up the CAM036G’s rounded profile to a 1.25″ × 3.625″ blade, still mounted on an 11.625″ oak handle, giving more coverage per pass while keeping the curved edge that follows contoured mold surfaces cleanly rather than catching on them.
Where the G model suits narrow radii and fine detail work, the H handles broader curved features — larger fillets, rounded cavity edges, sweeping contours — without forcing a switch to a flat-edged tool that would only make partial contact along the curve and risk uneven scraping.
This is the widest radius-tip scraper CCSi currently offers, rounding out a set that also includes straight and angled blades sized for flat and cornered mold surfaces respectively. Choosing between scraper types really comes down to the shape of what you’re cleaning: straight edges for flat faces, angled tips for corners, and this radius profile for anything genuinely curved.
For narrower curved work where the full 1.25″ width would be more blade than the feature needs, the CAM036G carries the identical tip shape in a smaller, more maneuverable blade.
