CAM035H — Brass Brush, 10″ x 5″ x 1″, .011″ Bristles
The CCSi CAM035H is a stiff-bristle brass brush with a 5″ × 1″ head of .011″ diameter bristles on a 10″ wooden handle. This is the heavier-duty brush in the CAM035 line — the thicker bristle gauge and larger head are built to clear caked-on residue and rubber flash over a wider brush stroke.
Specimen molds, cutting dies, and formers represent a significant investment in a rubber or plastics lab. Using steel tools for routine tasks — prying molds open, clearing stubborn debris — wears or damages that equipment over time. Brass is soft enough to protect the mold surface while still doing the job.
Best suited for: general mold and die cleaning where you need to cover more surface area per stroke and clear more stubborn buildup than a fine-bristle brush can handle.
