ElasTek Type M (Micro) Test Block Kit (71430-M)
The Type M kit covers the ASTM D2240 Shore Micro scale on its own — seven blocks at nominal hardness 30 through 90 — for labs running a standalone Micro-scale durometer rather than an instrument that reads both A and M scales.
If your durometer covers both A and M scales and you’d rather calibrate with one dual-certified set instead of two separate kits, the Type A & M kit covers both from a single set of blocks. This standalone M kit makes sense if you only need the Micro scale, or if you already have a separate A-scale kit and just need to add M-scale coverage.
Blocks are color coded, ship in the standard latching case, and include ISO-17025 calibration with CCSi recommending annual recalibration.
