CCSi provides the high quality, durable… yet economical, heated laboratory rubber press.
The Gibitre™ laboratory press features platen independent digital PID temperature controllers, durable “fast ramp” heaters, high quality PRTs, a baffled enclosure to reduce environmentally sourced temperature deviations and unintended contact.

The large electrically heated platens and high pressure pneumatic cylinder make it an economical solution for preparing test pieces employing ASTM D3182, ASTM D3183 molds and similar applications.

The Gibitre™ optional features include:

  • programmable press control for production cycles with:
    • 4 degassing cycles;
    • total time for molding;
    • automatic platen opening and audible signal at the end of the cycle;
  • water cooling system for the molding of thermoplastics;
  • platen extraction rail.
