ISO/IEC 17025 Ozone Chamber and Ozone Monitor Service, Calibration and Certification
Ozone Research Equipment Company (OREC™), now located in Akron, Ohio, are the manufacturers of OREC™ Ozone Test Chambers, OREC™ Ozone Test Chamber Accessories and OREC™ Ozone Monitors.
The instruments, manufactured by CCSi, continue to bear the OREC™ name and be constructed with the same components, processes and attention to quality for which OREC™ has become renowned.
OREC™ now also features a full service ISO Certified Calibration Laboratory to accommodate OREC™ Ozone Monitors and Chambers, as well as those of other manufacturers.
Additionally, OREC™ has recently achieved NIST direct traceability for the measurement of ozone concentrations. On a global scale, OREC™ is one of a very few manufacturers of ozone instruments to have direct NIST traceability.
Please call 1.800.742.8535, or contact to discuss your ozone instrument calibration or service needs. OREC™ can calibrate and service virtually any ozone chamber or ozone monitor, including those using chemical titration.
ISO/IEC 17025 Certified Calibration Laboratory
“This laboratory is accredited in accordance with the recognized International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. This laboratory also meets the additional program requirements in the field of calibration. This accreditation also demonstrates technical competence for a defined scope and the operation of a laboratory quality management system (refer to joint ISO-ILAC-IAF Communiqué dated 18 June 2005).”

OREC™ Ozone Monitors, Model DM100, Serial Numbers 318 and 748 were certified as a first level calibration source with primary traceability to NIST. Through the NIST Calibration Program, the testing was performed, and the reports prepared, by NIST at their laboratory in Gaithersburg, Maryland on July 7, 2003. OREC™ Ozone Monitor, Serial Number 748, was calibrated again on September 7, 2005. On October 15,
