Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your account or credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Credit card processing is handled securely through Stripe.
Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuation at the discretion of CCSi, Inc.. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions. We may cancel or refuse an order that is placed with any errors.
Taxes
We collect sales tax on all orders that ship to an address within the state of Ohio. Taxes are calculated at your county’s rate. For all other orders, tax is the responsibility of the customer. If you are a tax-exempt organization within Ohio, please contact us to establish your exemption status.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Allow 1-5 business days for shipping depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates only.
Please note, that products over 150 lbs cannot have a shipping cost calculated due to it falling into the “freight” category for UPS.
