Product Description

Shore ceased all production operations in 2012 and their products are no longer available. CCSi continues to support Shore equipment in regard to service, calibration and ISO/IEC 17025 certification.

The quadrant style durometer, first introduced in 1915, was the first durometer in the Shore® product line!

Its small lightweight and rugged design make it ideal for manual application and determining approximate durometer hardness in unfavorable environments, such as incoming materials yet onboard a delivery vehicle.

It can be easily and safely carried in the pocket. The indentor is protected by an integral hinged guard that swings away when in use. The easy to read dial is graduated from 0 through 100 in 5 unit increments throughout a 74° dial segment. The quadrant style durometer is available in most hardness ranges.

Please refer to the Shore® Durometer Selection Guide for an explanation of Shore® model, type and scale designations, as well to assure the proper selection of the Shore® durometer to suit your specific application.
