CCSi features this high quality Scott Type Flex – Abrasion Tester for evaluating the flex / abrasion resistance to abrasion of a wide variety of materials through the measure of volumetric loss of a specimen, under continual flexural conditions, while simultaneously exposed to the action of a normalized abrasive medium.

The Model HT8358 is manufactured according to the specifications and requirements set forth in JIS L 1096 and related methods: ISO 9237, ISO 7211, ISO 5084, ISO 3998, ISO 3933, ISO 3932, and ISO 3801.

The Scott Type Flex – Abrasion Tester features adjustable specimen grips, grip distance and force adjustment from 0 through 5 kgf in 500 gram increments.
