Atom® SE Series Presses are suitable for use on various sheet materials such as synthetic rubber, natural rubber, soft plastics, coated and uncoated textiles, leather, synthetic leather, cardboard, paper, etc., with single or double edged cutting knives in single or multiple layers.

The swing arm is easy to maneuver and there is surprisingly little operating noise … perfect for the laboratory environment!

Specimen cutting dies of standard or custom designs are available from CCSi. The pricing and specifications are enumerated on the Test Specimen Cutting Dies pages.

All Atom® SE Series Presses are now available in the CE version, which are equipped with the safety devices specified by the EC regulations 89/336/CEE and 89/392/CEE and modified by the regulations 91/368/CEE, 94/44/CEE and 93/68/CEE.

Atom® SE Series Presses Feature:

  • 220 VAC, 50/60 Hz Power Requirement;
  • 1 HP motor;
  • Electrohydraulic Power Transmission;
  • Safe Two—Handed Operation;
  • Automatic stroke end set up to use different length cutting knives without adjustment;
  • Controls feature built in 0.30 s delay to ensure safe operation;
  • Model SE 19 Features an light aluminum alloy turning arm;
  • Total cutting scheduling when equipped with 10 knife holder (PF/10) or with the scheduled cut counting device for 5 knives (G/5) or 10 knives (G/10).

Maximum daylight between the arm plate and the machine base without cutting board (5.1 inches).

Minimum daylight between the arm plate and the machine base without cutting board (1.6 inches).

All Atom® SE Series Presses have maximum cutting stroke of 90 mm (3.5 inches) and require 220 VAC, 60 Hz, 1 PH for the 1 HP motor.
