CCSi has a wide variety of extruders which have been disassembled, cleaned and inspected. The liners have been honed or replaced, hard faced the leads, and re-machined or provided a new screw, acid flushed the cooling passages, reworked the gear reducer as required, and lengthened the L/D ratio, or provided a power roll feed box, if applicable. |
