CCSi features this high quality textile flex tester for the evaluation of the resistance to cracking or delamination of the finish or substrate material when subjected to repeated flexing.
The textile flex tester is applicable to many types of textiles including pseudo-leather (leatherette), fabric backed vinyls and urethanes, vinyl or urethane impregnated fabrics, upholstery fabrics, automotive headliners, automotive upholstery, clothing material, luggage, handbags, and more!
The Model HT8643 may be used at standard laboratory temperatures or operated under subnormal temperatures and is specifically designed to be used with the Model HT8043 Refrigeration Chamber.
There are several related ASTM and other methods to which this instrument may perform equivalent evaluations of product performance.
