Rex® Audio Attachment The Rex® DD—3 Digital Durometer audio attachment alerts the technician to out—of—tolerance test determinations.
This can greatly reduce error in high volume, fast paced testing laboratories.
Rex® Digital Durometer Accessories: SPC Printer
The Rex® DD—3 Digital Durometer SPC printer provides real—time print outs of SPC data. The printed analysis includes:
  1. Hi/Lo tolerances;
  2. Min/Max values;
  3. Range;
  4. Standard Deviation;
  5. Histogram;
  6. Date and Time.
It may also be used to collect SPC data for later uploading to a PC.

Rex® Digital Durometer Accessories: RexLab™ Software
RexLab™ Software The Rex® DD—3 Digital Durometer RexLab™ software package allows statistical analysis of durometer test determinations to be uploaded through the provided RS—232C communication cable to a PC.
The software allows automatic collection of test data. The values in a test series are displayed and included in the printed test report.
The display, printing and storage of Statistical Data include:
  1. Number of tests in a series;
  2. Number of tests In/Out of tolerance;
  3. UCL/LCL (upper control limits / lower control limits);
  4. Minimum / Maximum values;
  5. Range, Mean, Variance and Standard Deviation.
The display, printing and storage of Test ID information including:
  1. Technician ID;
  2. Date/Time;
  3. Instrument ID;
  4. Temperature;
  5. Humidity;
  6. Material ID;
  7. Material thickness;
  8. Material type.
The performance of Timed Tests include:
  1. User selectable test times from 1—99 s;
  2. Real—Time display of ‘creep’ characteristics.
Information The hysteresis, or ‘creep’, characteristics observed using this software must be considered material specific. Inferences drawn between these properties and other physical characteristics such as Young's modulus, tensile modulus, resilience, plasticity, compression resistance, or elasticity should be considered individually.
