The ElasTek™ Pneumatic Guillotine Bale Cutter is designed for economy, durability, ease—of—use, and versatility ... ideal for small batch production and laboratory applications.
The Guillotine Bale Cutter features a welded steel frame and heavy duty pneumatic cylinder to assure a long service life as well as reduced maintenance.
The replaceable cutting blade is manufactured of high carbon content tool steel and easily removed for re—sharpening or replacement.
It is precisely directed by high strength nylon guides to register against a cast urethane cutting pad, both of which are easily and inexpensively replaced as required.
New Improvements (shown in red) to the ElasTek™ Pneumatic Guillotine Bale Cutter. The superior standard features are shown in blue:
  1. OSHA dual palm control buttons which require safe, two handed operation;
  2. RLF (regulator, lubricator & filter) air management system;
  3. OSHA cylinder safety mechanism prevents operation during maintenance;
  4. polycarbonate safety guard;
  5. OSHA blade lockout prevents blade descent on air supply failure;
  6. compact footprint allows for “bench top” positioning;
  7. optional customized bale cutter stand with customer—selected work height.
